Founder of ThinkStartup is an entrepreneur and educator. She is an engineer from IIT Delhi and has done her executive management studies from IIM Calcutta. She has 20+ years of industry experience. Her corporate career spanned multiple continents, business functions and industry verticals. Armed with this multi disciplinary experience Shivani then launched herself into the world of startups and entrepreneurship and her last venture went through a successful acquisition. With deep domain knowledge in building a startup from the ground up and a firm belief that entrepreneurship can be taught Shivani is passionate about inspiring the next generation of Indian students to become the job creators of tomorrow.

Sanjeeva Shivesh is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor and the Founder of The Entrepreneurship School. In his previous avatar, he served as civil servant with Government of India. Subsequently, he worked as Strategy Consultant with Booz & Co. at their London Office and as Executive Director of Investments at a private equity firm. His passion lies in teaching Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Design Thinking. He has been Adjunct Professor at MDI Gurgaon, FMS and TERI University, besides teaching at Singapore Management University, IIM Rohtak, IIM Kashipur and IIT Delhi. He is an active panelist on economic affairs and policy on CNN News, India Today TV, Doordarshan and AIR. Sanjeeva is a B. Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and MBA from Cranfield School of Management, U.K.

Anjeet comes with 18 years of diverse experience in the fields of Education, Consulting, Management Training, Business Development across India & GCC. She has a Masters in International Business from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, has been associated with several colleges in the past for teaching assignments across MBA & Undergraduate programs. In her other roles, she has worked with Corporate houses in structuring & delivering training on business communication, cross cultural changes, negotiations & leadership skills.
She has been instrumental in creating markets from scratch in countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait & Dubai in alpha industries such as heavy construction, oil & gas, air/road & rail transportation. She has also headed a Consulting outfit in pursuit of its venture into the field of Education. Her natural ability to build & nurture potential/ existing clients, understand their specific requirements & meet deadlines provides her an edge in CRM.
She has published several papers on Economics, International Business & Marketing along with being the Editor for College journals & magazines. She has conducted workshops in India & Qatar on varied subjects such as Green Sustainability, BRIC economies, Corporate Communications, amongst others. Anju as she is fondly called is a People person who is highly regarded as a mentor by her students. She is described by her students as someone who made a difference to their lives with her coaching style.

Siddhartha is the Business & Creative Head at ThinkStartup. He is an entrepreneur and a startup man and has worked with various startups in the past across functions like marketing, sales, creative designing & product development. He has an experience of Founding & Scaling his own startups in the field of Real-Estate and Student-based Community Services. He has done his Psychology (H) from University of Delhi and Post Graduation in Entrepreneurship & Venture Management from The Entrepreneurship School, Gurugram. With solid people’s & team management skills, in-depth knowledge of Product Development, Creative Designing and Marketing & Sales, his vision is to associate & work with the visions & ventures of the future that solve a problem or optimise the processes of the world as we see it today for the good of the society & mankind.

Sayanti Sengupta is the Course Coordinator at Thinkstartup. With a Degree in Chemistry from University of Calcutta and a decade of varied experience in operational/process domains along with her knowledge of customer interaction, she manages Thinkstartup’s data collection and evaluation processes, strategic plan implementation and the coordination of Live sessions and support groups.

Ramesh is the IT Head at ThinkStartup. He has about 10+ years of IT experience in which he covers the complete software development life cycle process for different cases by designing, developing, integrating and testing applications in PHP and Python Django Environment. Working as the Technical Team Lead, successfully developing various web applications and Mobile Application Proficient in programming using Technologies (PHP & Python), he is good in Relational Database Management System MYSQL. He is an Active team player and a self-starter, capable of working independently and to motivate a team of professionals. He entails good communication and interpersonal skills. He likes to be updated in his field and as well as posses good knowledge of other relevant fields.

Abhishek has an experience in various spheres of industries. He is well-versed in English and Russian Language. He has an outgoing personality. He is a solid manager with years of experience at working in team environment, strong competitive nature.Strong Leadership are also the qualities that he brings to the table.

Binu is the graphics & video editing team leader at ThinkStartup. She has over 5 years of experience in her field. She has completed her graduation from NEFTU, B.Ed from CRSU (HR.), also done diploma in multimedia from Ftec.
