ThinkStartup programs are accredited by Management Entrepreneurship Professional Skills Council (MEPSC), a horizontal sector skill council under the tutelage of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).
Our Team
The ThinkStartup program team consists of seasoned entrepreneurs who have been through the startup process themselves and have built successful companies. The program has been designed in collaboration with experienced educators who understand how students think and learn.
Shivani Kapoor
Founder of ThinkStartup is an entrepreneur and educator. She is an engineer from IIT Delhi and has done her executive management studies from IIM Calcutta. She has 20+ years of industry experience. Her corporate career spanned multiple continents, business functions and industry verticals. Armed with this multi disciplinary experience Shivani then launched herself into the world of startups and entrepreneurship and her last venture went through a successful acquisition. With deep domain knowledge in building a startup from the ground up and a firm belief that entrepreneurship can be taught Shivani is passionate about inspiring the next generation of Indian students to become the job creators of tomorrow.
Sanjeeva Shivesh
Sanjeeva Shivesh is a serial entrepreneur, angel investor and the Founder of The Entrepreneurship School. In his previous avatar, he served as civil servant with Government of India. Subsequently, he worked as Strategy Consultant with Booz & Co. at their London Office and as Executive Director of Investments at a private equity firm. His passion lies in teaching Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Design Thinking. He has been Adjunct Professor at MDI Gurgaon, FMS and TERI University, besides teaching at Singapore Management University, IIM Rohtak, IIM Kashipur and IIT Delhi. He is an active panelist on economic affairs and policy on CNN News, India Today TV, Doordarshan and AIR. Sanjeeva is a B. Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and MBA from Cranfield School of Management, U.K.
Vandana Ahluwalia
Vandana Ahluwalia is a qualified individual with extensive experience in the field of education. She is currently the Head of Operations in ThinkStartup Learning where she is playing a vital role in managing the Operations and Management. Additionally, she has made a significant contribution to other fields, thanks to her solid grasp of operations and administration at various levels and types. She has worked for several renowned educational corporations, including Intellitots as the Head of Admin & Accounts and Founding Years as a PAN India Operations Analyst. She had also enjoyed a wonderful tenure as a Program Manager at Toppr and as a Sales Enablement Manager at Avishkaar. She brings finesse and a positive impact on the quality of her work through building and implementing processes. She is a great Multi-Tasker, comes with a strong knowledge of Data Analysis, and has in-depth knowledge of accounts as well. She is a people person and brings an aura of productivity and happiness to the culture of a firm and its human resources. She has completed her education at the University of Delhi.
Anjeet Khandelwal
Anjeet comes with 18 years of diverse experience in the fields of Education, Consulting, Management Training, Business Development across India & GCC. She has a Masters in International Business from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi, has been associated with several colleges in the past for teaching assignments across MBA & Undergraduate programs. In her other roles, she has worked with Corporate houses in structuring & delivering training on business communication, cross cultural changes, negotiations & leadership skills.
She has been instrumental in creating markets from scratch in countries like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait & Dubai in alpha industries such as heavy construction, oil & gas, air/road & rail transportation. She has also headed a Consulting outfit in pursuit of its venture into the field of Education. Her natural ability to build & nurture potential/ existing clients, understand their specific requirements & meet deadlines provides her an edge in CRM.
She has published several papers on Economics, International Business & Marketing along with being the Editor for College journals & magazines. She has conducted workshops in India & Qatar on varied subjects such as Green Sustainability, BRIC economies, Corporate Communications, amongst others. Anju as she is fondly called is a People person who is highly regarded as a mentor by her students. She is described by her students as someone who made a difference to their lives with her coaching style.

Harish Chaudhry
Harish Chaudhry is an Associate Professor with the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi. He did his schooling from The Doon School, Dehradun, B-Tech from IIT Kanpur and PGDM in IIM, Bangalore. He has worked in companies like Dunlop India Ltd., NIIT and RAAG Systems before joining academics with the Department of Management Studies, IIT, Delhi.
He has taught courses in the area of Marketing such as marketing research, advertising and sales promotion, product management, sales and distribution, etc. Mr. Chaudhry has conducted more that 100 training programmes in areas such as expert systems, Information technology, behavioural sciences and technology management. He has been a trainer for organizations like Godfrey Philips, ITC, Network Ltd., PCL, IRCON, RITES and STC. He has carried out a number of sponsored research projects for the erstwhile Planning Commission of India, National Knowledge Network amongst others.
Harish Chaudhry has organized a number of conferences for school leaders at IIT Delhi and IIT Madras. He has conducted over 100 training programs for school principals and teachers in India and abroad and led delegations of school principals to schools in Australia, Finland, UK and USA. He has conducted numerous researches into school education including a research on “assessments effectiveness” funded by IBM under their Global Faculty award scheme. He has been a part of the organization team of numerous national and international conferences and presented research papers in a number of national and international conferences.
