U18 Launchpad is India’s most exciting fast-paced entrepreneurship program for high schoolers. This ThinkStartup program, offered at Venue IIT Delhi, is for highly talented bright young minds driven towards innovation and entrepreneurship. The goal of this program is to collaborate with promising entrepreneurship aspirants through the process of launching a real startup.

This is highly selective program where high school students work with the best minds in India. Students get access to world class pedagogy, learning material developed and delivered by ThinkStartup’s experienced team with leading industry experts in partnership with IIT Delhi’s faculty, mentors, and labs for high quality prototyping, product development, startup building and showcase to investors and lead customers.

Who is U18 Launchpad for?

U18 Launchpad is for talented high-school students (Class 8 to 12) aspiring to challenge the world by making their dream entrepreneurship ideas come true.

Students attending this program, are typically past the idea stage and would have conducted early-stage user research as well as low level prototype for their ideas.

The learning expectations of students are around the themes of design, design thinking, prototyping, product / service development, venture building and launch.

What do we look for in U18 Launchpad applicants?

This is highly selective program where we look for combination of factors before offering a seat in the program. Each of those factors provide an input to the question – are you prepared to launch a startup?

The ideal applicant should be passionate about big change in society, is unafraid to question the normal, dreaming about solutions, show problem solving capability – both as an individual and as a team player, display initiative to solve real life challenges and is okay to fail.

If you apply as a team, that shall be an added advantage.

The U18 Launchpad Experience

The U18 Launchpad is designed to support high potential school students launch an actual startup. The program brings a selected group of promising young aspiring.

You will get high powered sessions in Ideation, Design, User Research, Prototyping, Product and Service Development, Venture building and Launch by world class faculty of ThinkStartup and IIT Delhi. At the end, you have to showcase your idea with potential investors and lead customers.

Your daily routine is split into two unique experiences – one part comprise of structured sessions on various stages of entrepreneurship by our experts and the second part is guided venture building immersion with your peer co-founder group on your venture to build real products and solve business challenges.

PROGRAM DATES

The dates for U18 Launchpad is 30^th May to 10^th June 2022.

PROGRAM VENUE

The program shall be offered at Lecture Hall Complex of IIT Delhi.
As a part of program, students may have to conduct user research for which they have to travel outside the campus.

PROGRAM FEES

The fee for 2 week U18 Launchpad is Rs.25000 plus 18% GST.
There are limited scholarship options available. These are highly competitive.

ACCOMODATION FACILITY

The U18 Launchpad is a non-residential program offered by ThinkStartup Venue of the program is IIT Delhi.
If you are travelling from outstation, you will have to make your own arrangements for boarding and lodging.
During the office hours, IIT Delhi canteen facility shall be available to all students on payment basis.
